I bought in, but mainly because I was able to sell some for above the raising price, then buy back in cheaper.

Somebody was buying up to $0.041-0.042, so unless it was manipulation, they may have seen value at $0.038 but wanted more than their $15k limit.

I got lucky, buying at $0.034 after the fall from the raising announcement, then selling at $0.041 after it rose again, and buying back into the raising at $0.038.

So whoever was buying at $0.041 encouraged me to participate, getting the company more funds.
