was a PRO-RATA RIGHTS ISSUE AT 2c underwritten by them who wanted in for bigger size, NOT a PRIVATE C-note short-term with coupon value at the 2c strike ! THATs when they should have gone PRO-RATA to shareholders to offer them first right of refusal to prevent DILUTION.

Now after lining their mates' pockets

***** and did I note DIRECTORS themeselves took the C-notes at 2c with a coupon value ... correct me if Im wrong ... aint that immoral if not worse .... are directors now secured creditors (??????) *****

they choose SPP to FURTHER DILUTE THE MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS at an undefined yet to be determined price ... not sure how to label THAT one.

Maybe they want the price DOWN back toward 2c or so cos they have a guilty conscience but may reckon not many shareholders would take it up having so few ... like a kinda Clayton's offering to appease the natives.

I know reading too many conspiracy theory books again haha.

Dont know and not convinced about anything at this stage other than to think HOW FREAKIN CHEAP this baby is atm based what it has now and likely to come and even more if handled right about the "other" stuff.

So personally aint interested in SP going UP anymore til this is over and we know where we stand, but will certainly be on the keen lookout for any buying opportunities over the next month or so cos am still in accumulation mode.

What I IDEALLY HOPE to see is a great announcement on June 24 to whack up the 5 day VWAP (unheard of short timing in itself ... scratch my head ???) so that the dilution will be minimal cf cash raised.

I really cant understand the motives at this stage so happy to wait and see what hands the boys play in this ... its only a month.
