ok. Having read the SPPO again.

The plan is that ONLY shareholders as at close of business Monday 8th June 2009 are entitled to purchase shares under the SPPO.

Thos shareholders MUST subscribe by close of business Monday 29th June 2009.

The share price will be determined by the average share price over the preceeding 5 days to June 29th 2009 less 15%.

I am reading that as the dates of 22nd through 26th June 2009.

So if you wait until close of the ASX on Friday 26th June you will be able to work out the price you will be able to buy the shares at. You then have the weekend and all day on Monday 29th June 2009 in which to fax or deliver your acceptance and funds to ORP if the price is to your liking.

Ok. That is a little better. At least you will know what the share price will be.

If it is .024 or lower then you will be getting your shares for roughly the same value as Blackwood and as such it would be a nice opportunity.

If the price is higher than .024 then it will come down to what your current average price is at the moment as to if it is a bargain or not for you personally.

If the price is higher then I personally will be happy to not purchase any more but be happy that the share price is doing something for my current balance.

My original questions still remain though.

(1) Did Blackwood end up organising the entire $2 million aimed for in the sophisticated investors cap raising and have we received all of those funds?

(2) If so then where is the Appendix 3B for the remaining Convertible Notes?

(3) If so then why are they doing this capital raising? Is it simply that they are being really kind and generous? :-P :-)

I ask because the reasons why they said they are doing this in their release were the same reasons they said they were doing the original Blackwood thing. I see nothing new added to the agenda ecpt how wonderful kind and generous they want to be to long term supporters. :-P :-)
