U really shld be asking ASIC these Qs ... doesnt seem fully legit for mine so they shld be asked to delve.

In any case why would ORP want to end up (potentially) with as many as almost 600 mill shares after this ...... 3 times the post scoping study share capital with still not enough cash to pay the required plant?

I would have thought the BEST THING FOR SHAREHOLDERS, which btw is the Board's MANDATE, would be to do all possible to get sp up to FAIR VALUE FIRST BEFORE ISSUING FURTHER SHARES.

They are sure CONTRADICTING THEMSELVES when they are issuing potentially so many shares at so far under fair value ...... they eben SAY THAT in the explanatory notes ..... and in a fshion which actually DILUTES LONG TERM SHAREHOLDERS.

All would be more obvious if there was indeed an underwriter cos then it could be construed to be attempted theft by stealth ........ plenty of that going on across the board atm in the name of shareholder benefit.

If I was an oldie shareholder I would be seriously angry and call in the wolf-hounds .... but I am only a newbie accumulating them from the lows so dont really care.

If they are seriously benevolent they shld offer major holders rights to overs and there should be plenty.

The ASIC should be consulted over the seemingly contradictory remarks and MO.

Doesnt gel does it Reichman. But from my experience, dont expect the ASIC or ASX to help ..... they have other priorities than to worry about microcaps as ORP. Its up to SHAREHOLDERS to create a stink while they still have a VOTE ....... I assume the C-notes dont come with a vote until they are converted.

maybe the old major shareholders should use the 5 % vote rule and call an EGM to clarify these things and maybe kick out the rest of the Board and replace with some real Olympian strategists haha

And while u r at it ... ask wtf we dont have a JV with PDN or another U-co in Malawi YET !!!!! THAT would do wonders to the sp and the ability to raise serious capital for theGOLD with MINIMAL dilution cf to what they are promoting now.

These are SERIOUS issues !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
