Not all eligible shareholders will apply
(death is a 100% certainty very closely followed by taxes @99.9recurring% imo - Mark Twain is probabilistically wrong on the second bit but time will ultimately be the final arbiter and so far he is looking good)
but this is a 99% guaranteed certainty which I would happily underwrite
Some wont apply for the full $15,000 (will guarantee and underwrite this one as well)
The scale back probably wont be proportional (I wont underwrite this one)
Preference of some sort may be given to those who apply for the full $15k
Anyway, it will be interesting to see the outcome - I'll be applying for the full $15k
