Yes, I did go for the full allocation and at this point am obviously really glad. It seems that the SPP offer was holding back the price which I thought but could easily have been wrong and hey sentiment changes so quickly these days that I am very glad that I waited until the last day to pay.
Does anyone know if there has been a scale-back??
