yeah, but look at it objectively. We took the risk in the hope of getting the biggest reward. It didn't come off and the company is in a corner, which means those with the fresh capital hold the whip. That is just the way the game goes.
I don't think too many shareholders will take up their rights, which is just fine by me.
A proportional rights issue? hmmm do you really want to stump up more cash? If so, you would already be keen to take up your existing entitlement.
Let it slide. If the SP rises, you win. If it falls, you can pick them up on market. As much as you like :-)
