MMMMMM....... Ditto ... GK through one of two of his Phytose Super Funds sold at least over 130K shares as a minimum to remove this SF from the KZA top 20 sometime between late Dec to early Feb this year. He may have sold the whole originale parcel of 365,920 shares ..... we don't know all we do know is that that fund is no longer represented in the top 20. I keep a track on the top 20 every fortnight. GK again through one of his Phytose SF has recently brought NOX shares as announced the other day on the 8th and 13th of feb...... Allow for T2?????

Suffice to say I was not happy that our share price was pegged back as well right on the first time we had momentum traveling up.

That the selling of both comes within what looks like the same time period does raises the eyebrows here.

But to be fair RBX. No one complained here on HC when David H through his DRH super fund sold 634,390 NOX shares in march last year. Almost three times of what you feel obliged to tell HC about today. And no one complained when ANGLO MENDA PTY LTD who were a substantial holder at 6% sold a whooping 1.3M shares and fell of the substantial holders list as well and without even an ASX ann to inform shareholders of change in a substantial holder.

So I think it is a bit rich to have a whine when other NOX substantial holders have been selling truck loads more than what KZA has announced.
