Even with Ti offtake, doubt we move much. Everything rests on $850m we seek - no small change there so risk profile to market is high at this stage for this one reason alone. If KfW get us the $600m then we may get decent moves in SP. Appointment of Chairman does suggest the confidence this will go ahead is high.
