They must have a lot of shares. Or they are the ones buying at .019c as well. Quite easy for these manipulators to sell from the right hand to the left hand. Just takes 2 accounts.
But the plan is to keep the SP down and wait to buy more, slowly accumulating you would think. Why bother otherwise.
So unfortunately I believe they will sell ALOT of shares when the good announcements come in. Thereby holding the price down while they make there 50% or more profit.
The market is what it is. Money is the name of the game we are playing at the end of the day.
