The entire board now has my backing, something I was not able to say for some time.
My optimism is the result of many aspects surrounding the company, I do believe we are just in one of those moments where every component for success are met.
These are exciting times,

A lot of posters have come and gone but added value.
Better processes in place now.
Excited by the prospect of ADO establishing a higher base.
