Agreed Gloucester28, that was my concern back in August when the CEO position was being interviewed for. At the Sydney presentation I asked this very question prior to the meeting to be left with the thankful thought that Chris may stay on.
Chris, a former colleague of GC was headed into retirement, understood the technology, and had agreed to step into sorting out and driving the commercialisation of Anteo. 
There was feverish teamwork involving response to a raft of exciting interest within massive markets in POC and energy.
Thankfully the challenge earned the agreement from Chris to stay on in an incredibly demanding role. I felt that the Anteo POC opportunities appealed to CP’s passion.
Going forward from June I would hope Chris and JH could find a star recruite within Energy. 
Maybe Chris could agree to join the Board in an executive role in what has been a sleeves-rolled-up, teamwork. Hopefully, Chris has had the opportunity to assemble a fruity holding in Anteo to reward his efforts that would further motivate his ongoing interest.
In any event, by June, I feel we will have reason to applaude the current team that are way smart and experienced enough to assemble a very capable leadership for a new-born Anteo. GLTA
