    I don't think that will be the case, kiaora.  Our patents are further advanced than most.  The only thing I can see beating us to the post would be a completely new technology, or something focused in another area.  I'm relatively confident we are on the front foot re: stabilising silicon on the anode.  I could be very wrong here, but that's my $2c.
