Why the share price does not move?

I think to understand one needs to look at ADO with the eyes of a new investor/stock buyer. The „constant positive news flow“ that was claimed in one of the previous posts as having to drive the share price up - that seems to be an emotional claim from „long termers“.

If I look at ADO as a first time investor: what are the pro`s and con`s to invest and what is the fair value of this stock? One of the major issues will be the funding situation...But go down the usual factors for ADO yourself and see what you come up with. Market may not be that wrong. At the moment, unfortunately.
