Buck, I’m not defending anyone but I do know the first few weeks after Christmas are chaotic and used generally to catch up on things post the break. If you have an easy job i.e. spot welding two bits of tin together on a line...I suppose it’s simple and you just head back to work and get on with the job... maybe just this once, ease up on management for January at least.....
