Lets face it the deals done so far havent been that good - poor up fronts - MAA timeline missed - Teva not exercising the rights to Argentina, Isreal and Australia - BIG Question here is Why.
Teva had an option on the territories of Argentina, Israel and Australiabut has decided not to exercise it. SUDA has a number of potential partners for theseregions and will reinvigorate discussions in these markets.
They also reported that they have advanced negotiations with a number of other country including Argentina - if these negotiations are so advanced when did TEVA advise SUDA they were not taking up the options - why did this not get reported as soon as they were advised.
