Exactly! The company had the option of having the GM over and done with yet chose through arrogance to let the situation continue to fester for another month. Anyone wondering why the SP is where it is need not look any further than the BOD. An as yet completely unexplained discounted placement to a group that hadn’t bought a single share on market, poor corporate governance and the above issue have completely shattered the SP despite the good news flow of late. We should be at least double of where we sit today. Someone needs to be held accountable and we as owners of the company have the opportunity to do just that! I would encourage all holders not matter how large or small your holdings may be to vote and have your say.
