That may be manipulation - but we are talking 5000 shares here, roughly $500, and when the share price can be manipulated using $500 there is not much demand out there for TNG shares.
Not much positive will happen before the outcome of the GM and AGM. If Rex holds his spot through both these it will demonstrate the 'boys club' has the upper hand and the club boys will continue with nice incomes but shareholder may not benefit a lot. It will be interesting to see whether Vimson get a board appointment after the meetings are over?
