Can anyone clarify something for me ? Its HOT !!! as they say in Good Morning in Vietnam (typo intended) DAMN HOT !
Its anywhere from 40-45 in here in Wagga Wagga (the town so good, they named it twice!)
This year more than any other we are absolutely burning thru the power and altho we have solar panels, it is the overall heat that is cooking us, rather than the suns rays !
We are with AGL for both Gas and Electricity and altho hot showers are really, really short these days, the A/C goes (sometimes both at the same time) for the majority of the day. You see when we are out, we have 2 fur babies, that also need to be looked after.
My question is, that there must be absolutely heaps of people in the same boat running up (in particular this year) absolutely massive (for us) power bills which go to AGL.
So is AGL going to announce a good or above average profits for this year becasue of the heat wave ? or am I being too simplistic ?
