I averaged down for Symbol, primarily because they already have the money to do get the initial mining done and the zinc and lead markets are healthy to sell into, so from that point of view I could not see why the negative price action was happening - market inefficiency IMHO - therefore a good opportunity and fairly low risk for a small MC stock. The fundamentals have to make sense, that's the main thing IMO.
