Re TEK, it’s the expenses that kill it for me. Latest report (P&L) shows around 42% of total investment income is chewed up by the cost of running the fund (mainly management and performance fees). To me, that leakage is simply too high for what is essentially, a ‘desk’ operation (no machinery too run, raw materials to buy, things to transport etc).
