If it can’t rerate on the back of a DFS, 4 off take agreements, mining licence, start of construction, drill results etc etc ...why would it rerate on the closure of the SPP??..which is likely to miss its intended target so another CR is required.
If they are calling people then it’s fair to say the SPP has already failed
