    RE: BOOT - I had hoped they'd go down this path but have assumed that the fact that they've confirmed orders have been placed suggests they haven't and won't. Disagree?

    And RE: Con notes vs equity, I know in theory the con notes should be cheaper but my gut feel is there'll be virtually no difference so I'd prefer an equity raise.
