    The should have be completed as soon as they received mining licence

    Now the options look dead and the price has crashed

    Raise $30m or so at 6c = another 500m shares or even worse give a joint venture partner half or more of the project...


    Offtakes mean jack with no mine

    Shareholders have a right to be upset...
