100% correct in that I have always used that principle for property - in fact have never really sold any of my investments and enjoyed huge capital gains

IMO

only a very small % of ASX mining penny stocks ever come good over time - as rare as hens teeth

This stock I believe has a good future but unfortunately many will make a mozza well before most who have bought in past year break even ...
