The other thing to note is BAT is running out of SP catalysts to get to 10c. Remember it wasn't that long ago that holders were crowing that on recipe of the mining license the SP would rocket and the options would be in the money. In short no rerate will occur until the funding uncertainty is resolved lets hope management have a plan B outside of further CR ....
