Anyone can convert the 10 cent options when they like . Even now. Eg you own 100,000 options so you give the company 10 granh and you get back 100,000 shares in BAT. But if you bought 100,000 shares now on market it would only cost you 7300 dollars. So in effect the options are not in the money, meaning not worth it. However if the current share price was 12 cents it would be worth converting your options. Hope this helps.
