Yes this is a good strategy. Company needs to show next level of investors ( instos etc) that they are not a penny dreadful. It’s all part of the strategic plan to be seen as a serious business.

These guys continue to do what they say they will be doing. Strategic growth via acquisitions that are accretive and adding positive bottom line results. They are disciplined and executing on plan.
