This stock is clearly undervalued. Its not getting much attention from the market due to the blue sky people see in the mining sector...whilst its being ignored management are doing what they said they would do.
It wont be long before its rerated properly. Its still trading at 3c on a pre consolidation basis....so my thoughts are it should be at least 4c (pre consolidation) or 28c now and north of 5c (35c) forward looking.

Time will tell but it has limited downside on its financial metrics.
