I don't think the decline in share price has anything to do with integrating Big Air, I think it has everything to do with Superloops market cap being to high, and the stock being overvalued by retail shareholders. The other issue is Telco stocks like Vocus and TPG have been killed lately and Superloop is a Telco stock so it has been caught in the sector being dragged down. Long term this will be a great business and integrating Big Air won't be a problem at all. I think the report on the 27th will be just fine.
