Both Austrian Parties are pro-union (EU) so don't know why you're saying that about Austria (unless you sunscribe to Farage's twitter; he's British bro).
Italian's have voted "NO". Where that leads? Possibly to people escaping into GOLD as bonds collapse, and people fear a "Brexit" by Italy. All up a lot of uncertainty and volatility while people figure out which way Italy's gonna jump should theoretically be good for GOLD and bad for financials/companies geared to Eurozone. Albeit, Brexit was very short lived shock, with low lingering declines.
Fun for traders who like a gamble.
