i'd say that if/once laws are changed, a deal will happen very quickly. it may even be that the law change is the final formality, and that all of the paperwork has been done.

i sold this when it broke my uptrend by closing on 30c. bought RFG with the proceeds, so am sitting ok now, but will be looking forward to see PRT's results. i'm ready to buy back if i start to see a turnaround and a continued dividend. for me, i exited mostly because of the risk in dividend.
