Looks like they are going to get paid out of their position in UPG with a tidy profit over the distance. A pretty good example of them buying an entity well under NTA waiting patiently and then getting paid out at NTA. Not a smooth profit stream and it probably did nothing for a while but a good lump of profit in the end once you take into account all the capital returns etc.
