Worth also looking at the professional experience of this new BoD. And asking yourself who has spent time studying in the classroom, literally walking the ground and getting their hands dirty.

I lost several packets worth when NAV was a goldie and NAV had so called educated and experienced people on the Board. So a BoD with plenty of mining experience is no guarantee of success. But I still like to see people with a proven mining experience amongst the BoD of any resource company I am willing to invest in.

So when I looked at the prospectus I asked myself: What specific area of the mining game do these guys sight in the prospectus? Is the share free float of a reasonable size?

IMHO there are better value proportions in other resources. A dollar will buy not just one share but a number of shares in many profitable producers already listed on the ASX.

So what makes this version of NAV so compelling at $1 per share? Can some one please tell me?
