The way I am looking at it at the moment is :

Considering the Buddy IPO will be as popular as 1page , the share
price should appox double on listing day ,( as did 1page)

If you were to buy shares in Buddy on the opening day you would likely
pay a minimum of 15c - 20c to get in on the action.

If you are to buy shares in POK now with a view of a 1 to 1 conversion
your buy price would be .15c POK + 10c Buddy total 25c divided by two
to give you average entry price of 12.5c per share rather than buying at
15c to 20c on the opening day.

So as Woody & others are saying the price of POK at the moment
is definitely CHEEP & likely to move up.
