    Have only been watching from afar but the LiveTiles acquisition I think will basically be a writeoff, I assumed that was priced in though.

    RHP is heavilly dependent on SE Asia for its recent growth to come to fruition, which is obviously a problem at the moment.

    Was trading higher-than-sane multiple too.

    Overall though it seems like a good buying opportunity to me, solid management team which I'm sure will get it back on track.
