It's been awhile since I saw the interview but from memory his rationale about excluding the factories from revenue didn't make sense to me (and Kohler I think). He also appeared to miss the point of Kohler's question about customer retention and the upsell/cross sell opportunity. Just my perception, but his overall performance during the interview seemed to lack the enthusiasm and precision I expect from a CEO. Agree that director selling is a potential red flag and something that remains etched in my mind.
