    Hi Cabbie,

there is no deal as such.

The deal with Woolies has virtually rid Hills of its HHP (Home Hardware Products) division.

Basically, Ted has sold off the division which means you can only have one buyer.
Hills retain the Licence or Intellectual Property, but all staff that were employed have "left the building"

This man has no regard or know how to grow a business only the know how to sell off and destroy a business.

Sure he can cut and sell off, but a 7 yo could also do that. Operating and growing a business is crucial to the companies success.

Go and have a look at linked in and view the back ground of the executives employed, Telstra, Mcafee, NBNco, Symantec.

Hills is a very Technical solution based company with thousands of products and varying solutions for different applications.

They dont sell a $30 or $90 monthly plan with unlimited texts and calls with data downloads. however the executives they have employed thats about their lot.

No wonder the company is in trouble!!

Time for Ted and the telstra team to go and find another business to impale

THis business model is shot, they dont understand it, time to go Ted and Crew.

    Cheers
