let's remember Mortimer has been written up many times in the financial press. Clear warnings have been issued that this guy does not work in the inetrests of anyone but himself, and has no moral compass the way most of us do.
Peirpont/ Chanticleer, to name just a few have had exposes on Mortimer and his practices. So we only have ourselves to blame unfortunately.
