They can put in a lower offer, but it will be good for them to make an higher offer.
I have more than 250.000 shares, not so much, but for 66cent i will not accept and i hope a lot of people also not accept.
The 10% NPV is 300 Million, that is more then 1 Dollar per share. That is what we must have, if not, don't sell.
