Over the last couple of years management have not met their timelines nor their objectives.
BONUSES were accepted based on 'valuations' and NOT on profits.
It is doubtful that the share price will move until the wishes of the management turn into reality!
Even the current deal has 'external valuations' taken into considerations.
I wonder if management will accept higher emoluments (including bonuses) just based on MOU's?
In my opinion management should be taking pay cuts until such time we have a 'profitable business' based on sales - not on sleight of hand.
