Going to the USA is the one concern I have for wfm - it is too young to go to the states.

Europe would be a much safer option initially. Why?
Because you will be legally challenged in the states - it is a given.-
Even if there are no grounds at all - it is standard business strategy.

So, why wait? Because you need to be financially secure and ready for it - that is why you pick europe first.

Europe will provide excellent growth and the funds will flow in strongly - only then, after a couple of years would you go for the US - otherwise, they will wipe you out. They will tie you up and wait you out and drain you until they get what they want. They have it down to an art form.

Why am I concerned? - because wfm have talked about going to the US. It would be interesting to see what morris thinks of this.

If you look at ipr - you will find they have similar market potential - and similar experienced people who have built and sold successful tech companies - their stategy is exactly what I said - Australia followed by Europe and only then the states.

WFM really need to look at this closely as they appear to have a great potential product and a very bright future.
