Maybe the best value from here is to crystalise the tax loss and make some money else where. I have held since the 90's and lost some very hard earned cash. thanks to jwt cross promo here in sept last year, i picked up close to 400k. thanks to management here for telling me to join HC. I didn't know about it and thanks to jwt's cross promo. I was fortunate to be in a meeting this week with senior tax office executive Scott Burrows. One topic was on R and D grants and the many ways people are exploiting this. Some innovate ways! So if this is not used for genuine R&D, can we just watch over our shoulder for a request to return it?
This is a large responsibility on management as it could quickly spell the final chapter.
