Honestly I think that ship has sailed. After the Kronos episode and shareholders found out APG still need upwards of $15M to complete 15% of the plant, many long term investors have bitten the bullet and left.
With that long list of failures and nothing on the success side of the ledger, shareholders are now left with nothing but a hope for a miracle.
