I think with the way shareholders are feeling, management seem to have 1 shot left at this thing and raising the share price before all confidence is lost even by those that have relations with the team, my guess is they will actively try to do all they can to get the share price up and company producing or they'll have to retire and accept that they are not the ones that have the ability to take this company into its next phase....
