Recall Pharmaxis PXS which traded $3 plus before their EU rejection. The EU process is different to the FDA - they give a voting indication (as advance warning) before the final vote. Even after finally getting the approval, once it addressed their concerns, it still trades at around $1 only as a support level most of the time.

Cash backing for QRX is only 20c. But beware the cash burn, they will have to come back and do another capital raising to do more trials over the next 6-9 months, just like PXS did (and don't believe it when management say they won't).
