FDA does this crap with Aus biotechs all the time, Gives their majors a sniff of taking it over before FDA gives final approval. Chemgenex taken over even before final approval and FDA gave them the cold shoulder as well i believe. Name one Aus biotech that got FDA approval straight off the bat.
