A good entry point mmm....
Mate im not good at this sort of thing hence my buying Argos shares at a “premium” to their nta...
However that was then, now I’ve a couple of things i look at after I’ve decided if the company actually fits/suits my requirements.So if you’ve decided that you just must have Argos shares?Then right now nta is $8-19 and SP is $7-95 so discounted 24cents. I note from the 2nd chart most of the last 10yrs the sp has been in a “premium”state.
The 1st chart is purely share price based, on this one i might try to draw an”average” trend line through the 10yrs chart then ask myself if the current price is above or below this trend line. I often repeat this on a 5 & 3 yr chart as well.
If you’re aware of other similar companies then sometimes comparisons help.
