Go back to the start of all the issues with DAF and AGY. There was a Bid Implementation Agreement between AGY and DAF, underlying that is the lawsuit against the previous directors, nichol et al, so it is no surprise that the Co Sec is the also a co director of AGY, at one stage they were going to merge.
