I came up with 18.5 as well, just wasn't sure of my reasoning was flawed? Doesn't URL need the merger to go through as they need some cash?
VCN has been trying hard to breakout about 12c mark, and I thought based on volumes today and yesterday it would get there (at closing). Maybe tomorrow.
